NOTE :

DEER SEASON: Nov. 22 thru Dec. 7 for 2008

If you are looking for new spot then stop looking and start looking at our website pictures of deer and fish.

The striper's are hitting and that spells loads of fun but it also spells getting up really early. We are having a very (and I mean very) good month for fishing for "big" stripers. 20lbs. is one of the sizes being caught right now and that means great winter fishing. By the way 27 lbs. was the biggest this year. You know you want a fishing trip on beautiful Lake Texoma, and don't forget we offer gift certificates. You know you could drop hints about you going too, just to make sure they don't have all the fun, so come and see us and you can find the prices on our faq page (this website or call me). Give us a call and ask for Virginia 1-800-593-3368 or better yet email me. Fishing is so good that I am having a hard time getting the new pictures of the fish being caught so please be patient with me and I will get them on the site. Mike's customers have been catching lots of stripers and most are over 20 inches. Mike said the fishing is as good as it gets and that means this month is going to be hard to beat. So in other words: it is a great time to go fishing. Now that it is hotter and the bait is hard to catch, the fishing is only awesome thats all and I don't see how it could be much better than being awesome. Now is a great time to go have some fun with your family and friends. No excuses, this is a great sport for kids, family and friends, so come on and go FISHING. You catch the fish and Mike and Phil does the "cleaning". That simple. We are doing winter catfishing trips this year and have been very successful. On Feb. 8th, the biggest catfish pulled was fifty pounds. Good size, huh. They bait jug lines, do some striper fishing in between running the jugs and it is a two day minimum. By the way, for all of you that have already gone fishing with Mike and Phil and have pictures that would would like to see on our website, send me a email for my address and I will try my best to get the pictures on our web page as quick as I can do it correctly. By the way, please check out the new pictures that I added and GOT RIGHT. No kidding we work really hard to make sure you enjoy your fishing trip with us, even to booking your lodging and you can also catfish on our dock. We work hard for you because we naturally want your business BUT, we also want you to come back and you won't do that if you had a lousy time. Here is just a sample of what Mike, Phil, Gary, and Scott do for your trip. They get around 3am the morning of your trip to get bait. Not just any bait, it has to be a certain kind and the right size, too. They also carry just enough (they know how many they can carry) in their own tanks so the bait will stay fresh. They know exactly where to go, what time of the year is the best, what the stripers will hit and how deep they are and lastly they know where the big stripers are going to be and also where to go for the "box fish". They also can tell you just real close what to expect certain times of the year. By the way, I can too. No, we don't know it all, we have been just been doing this a long time. I didn't hit the surface of the trip itself, like how they bait your hook, take off the fish, rebait the hook even help you get the fish in the boat. I didn't even get to the equipment, which I tell Mike he doesn't need any of it because he can smell the stripers out before the fancy equipment has even seen the fish. They put a lot of time and effort into each trip to make sure you have fun. Sure anyone can go fishing but with a guide you can have FUN going fishing because he is doing all the work. Besides doing all the work they also supply all the tackle and keep track of how many fish you and the other members of your party have caught. (It can get pretty fast sometimes). So come on, give us at least one chance to show you we mean business. Who said women can't catch fish? Was it you, Lee? I think Connie, Judy and Susan would disagree. The next picture (to the right) is another good picture. Wait a minute, it is another woman with a fish! Kathy caught this one Tues. afternoon, May 8th. Way to go, Kathy! You can be catching fish like this if you will call me or send me a email and I will start putting together YOUR trip of a lifetime. Look for more recent pictures on gallery pages 1 thru 6

ATTENTION: DEER HUNTERS Drum roll please:::::"GUN DEER SEASON"::::: Do you have a place to hunt? If you don't, then shame on you for not calling us because we have the land and a great number of deer this year. We had a excellent season last year and yes I have proof as soon as I can the proof will be on this website. Just give me a little time I promise they will be posted soon. We have a new motion camera that we just put on one of our leases. It takes pictures of any kind of movement and I mean any kind of movement. Now, how cool is that? I mean, it will take pictures of all the wildlife, people (just ask Mike and Gary), even spiders. We are getting some great deer shots. (no pun intended) Of course, Mike and Gary are having so much fun with the camera that the first couple of rolls were of them trying not to take pictures of each other or themselves. GUESS WHAT? I have got some deer pictures! The pictures are in the gallery section, page 5. We have some more deer pictures that are also good and mostly bucks so it looks like we will have a good season this year. Check out our prices on the FAQ page. Creatures like Pheasants, turkeys, ducks, coyotes, armadillos, squatters, and yes, you guessed it, the scarest of them all BIG FOOT! Actually, it was just Gary but, that was still scary.

ATTENTION: FISHERMEN AND FISHERWOMEN

Mike and Phil are drifting with bait now in 20 to 40 foot of water and they are catching good size quality stripers. This time of the year they are using bait. They have been pulling in stripers up to 20 pounds. It is a good idea to bring a cooler with drinks and then you will have something to take your fish home.

This picture to the left is of Michael Ausburn from Paris, Tx. He has been fishing with us for a long time and always wanted to be internet famous. Way to go on the size of the fish, too. Didn't get enough of fishing? Then, while Mike and Phil filet and clean the stripers, you can fish on our cleaning dock for catfish. This is what I like to do when they come in from a trip. The catfish are biting good now and I have pulled in some weighing up to 15 pounds but have seen bigger ones. So what are you waiting for? Just watch out for the PINK POLE. We have also got another adventure for the strong and brave, it is called a HOG HUNT!! They are Russian Boar mixed with Feral. These hog hunts are very successful with the customers. The interest shown and the number of days already booked for hog hunts is unbelieveable, so don't wait too long to book your trip. Hog hunts that are available are in Antlers, Ok. which is in south east Ok. There is lodging available or you can camp or bring your RV, all you need to do is call me and I can set it up for your trip. We also have hog hunts available in Paris, Tx.
